What you need to list a vehicle
- Official vehicle registration documents.
- Comprehensive insurance documents, insurer, policy details and expiry date.
- Clear front, rear, side, interior and odometer photographs.
- Vehicle colour, mileage, air-conditioning and GPS tracking status.
- Vehicle specifications, rental availability, daily rate and hire terms.
Office review before a vehicle is available
Our office reviews the submitted vehicle information, registration and insurance documents. Insurance must cover the intended rental use and remain valid for the rental period. Keep documents and photos current.
How commission works
Roadshare earns a commission from the rental fee. Review the current commission shown in the portal before listing; it is deducted from the owner’s rental earnings.
Get started
Open Roadshare, choose Owner hub and register as an owner or both owner and renter. Select “Add a vehicle” to complete the listing form. Our office can help with the process.
